Zeal Christian

Physiotherapist / Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist

Physiotherapy feels like a blessing and a miracle in my life. I chose this profession because I wanted to help people with kindness and compassion, so they can overcome physical limitations and enjoy life more fully. I have a special interest in geriatric rehabilitation, osteoarthritis cases and pelvic health. Outside work, I enjoy reading, singing, and going for peace-walks in nature.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating a wide variety of conditions, especially geriatric rehabilitation and pelvic health cases. I find it deeply rewarding to help people regain mobility, independence, and confidence. Not only working on their pain & mobility but also on their day-to-day activities.

What should I expect in your session?

Patients can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized approach. I begin by obtaining informed consent, understanding their concerns and goals, and conducting a thorough assessment. I then explain their condition and treatment plan, which may include hands-on therapy, exercises, electrotherapy when appropriate, activity modification, and education.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud of my ethical practice, professionalism, and compassionate approach. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe in treating the whole person (not just their pains) with honesty, empathy, and care. I’m specifically feeling better that my treatment plans include biopsychosocial model.

Why should patients choose you as their provider?

I believe every physiotherapist has unique strengths, and mine is helping patients find hope and confidence in their recovery. I listen with compassion, understand each person’s individual needs, and work alongside them to improve their quality of life. For me, physiotherapy is about more than reducing pain; it is about helping people live life more fully. Not only adding years to life, but adding life to the years!
