Initial Naturopathic Visit

During the first visit, you can expect to spend roughly 60 minutes with our Naturopathic Doctor examining through your health and medical history to address your current health concerns and goals. The conversation will consist of a thorough examination, ultimately achieving a treatment plan that is mutually agreed upon, aimed at targeting the root cause of your concern.

Lab testing may be recommended to gather additional information. Here’s what you may need to bring:

Most recent blood work results
Most recent Imaging results
List of supplements and medications currently taking

Options for follow up visits can either be for 30, 45, or 60 minutes and can be as frequent as you’d prefer (depending on what your needs). Follow up sessions will be used for progress monitoring and open discussion to address the overall treatment plan.
