Registered Massage Therapist

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Philippines which means I bring a strong healthcare foundation and a clinical eye to every massage session. My nursing background helps me combine relaxation with safe, effective, and informed treatments, whether you’re here to ease muscle pain, recover from injury, or simply melt away stress.

Outside the clinic, I’m happiest at home with my family, cooking up Filipino comfort food that tastes like childhood. I’m also a big fan of karaoke and dancing – it’s in my culture, and yes, I’ll happily belt out a tune… as long as it’s not mid-massage. Even though I’m a little shy, whenever I’m with family and friends, I’m always ready to sing a song or join in on a dance. It’s a happiness I carry with me wherever I go.

I specialize in a variety of massage techniques including relaxation massage to calm the nervous system and reduce stress, Swedish massage for improving circulation and full-body wellness, deep tissue massage to target chronic tension and muscle tightness and sport massage to support injury prevention, recovery, and performance.

As a massage therapist, I really enjoy treating musculoskeletal pain, especially conditions like shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, lower or upper back pain and sciatica. These types of issues are both challenging and rewarding because they often result from a combination of muscle imbalances, poor posture, and lifestyle factors. Helping clients regain movement and find relief from these conditions is incredibly fulfilling.
I also love working with clients who have chronic stress or tension. It’s amazing to see how much the body can release and relax after addressing those deep-rooted stress points. Often, people don’t realize how much stress they’re carrying in their muscles until they experience the relaxation that comes from a targeted massage.
