Ji Seung Lee (Grace) is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a unique background in therapeutic wellness. After completing her osteopathic training at the Ontario School of Osteopathy & Alternative Medicine, she founded and operated her own spa, where she integrated manual osteopathic techniques with relaxation-focused massage.

Later becoming a licensed RMT, Grace expanded her practice to address a wide range of conditions, including tension headaches, frozen shoulder, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, postural dysfunctions, and stress-related muscle tightness. In addition to Swedish and deep tissue massage, she offers prenatal massage to support comfort and circulation during pregnancy, and pediatric (kids) massage to help younger clients with growth-related aches or stress.
Grace’s treatment style blends intuition with structure. She draws on joint mobilizations, fascial release, and client-centered techniques to improve mobility, enhance circulation, and promote deep relaxation – helping each client feel better, move easier, and enjoy a higher quality of life.

Outside the clinic, Grace finds joy in baking sourdough bread and walking in nature, two mindful routines that reflect her belief in rhythm, balance, and the body’s natural healing capacity.

I especially enjoy treating postural tension, frozen shoulder, and stress-related muscle tightness. Helping clients restore ease in their daily movement and seeing their discomfort lessen over time is deeply rewarding.

My sessions are calm, attentive, and tailored to your needs. I focus on identifying tension patterns and use gentle yet effective techniques to help you feel more balanced, mobile, and relaxed.
