Roustem (Russ) Ichmoukhametov
Russ became a Registered Massage Therapist because he is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. He graduated as the Valedictorian of his Massage Therapy program at Medix College, reflecting his dedication to both academic excellence and client care. As a long-time athlete with a background in kickboxing and swimming, he understands how muscle tension and imbalances can impact both performance and daily comfort. Massage therapy allows him to combine his interest in movement with hands-on techniques to support recovery, balance, and overall well-being. Outside of the clinic, Russ enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring new coffee shops, and going on walks around the city.
What Russ Treats Best
Russ especially enjoys working with chronic tension, sports injuries, and postural discomfort. Whether you’re a
weekend warrior nursing sore muscles, an athlete chasing performance goals, or just tired of carrying your stress in
your shoulders like a backpack full of bricks, Russ is here to help.
What to Expect in a Session
Every session starts with a clear assessment of your goals. From there, Russ builds a treatment that might include:
– Deep tissue techniques for stubborn knots
– Swedish massage for circulation and stress relief
– Targeted stretches/exercises you can do at home to keep the progress going
Think of it as a strategy session for your body – tailored, effective, and results-driven.
Beyond the Clinic
Outside of work, Russ enjoys family time with his wife and daughter, discovering new coffee shops, and exploring
the city on foot. (Pro tip: ask him about his latest coffee find — he’s always got a recommendation.)
Why Patients Choose Russ
Patients love Russ because he balances therapeutic results with relaxation. You’ll leave not only feeling better in the moment, but also equipped with tools to stay that way. Whether your goal is pain relief, better mobility, athletic
performance, or stress reduction, Russ helps you get there – one session at a time.
