TingTing (Zoey) Li

Registered Massage Therapist

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a genuine passion for helping people feel and move better. I became an RMT because I’ve always been fascinated by how something as simple, yet powerful, as skilled, therapeutic touch can transform pain, mobility, and overall well-being.
Outside the clinic, you might find me kickboxing, hiking through nature trails, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I believe that movement, good food, and a balanced lifestyle are just as important as hands-on care — and I love helping clients find that balance too.
If you’re looking for a massage therapist who combines effective techniques with genuine care (and maybe a few helpful life tips along the way), I’d be happy to be part of your wellness journey.

I specialize in deep tissue massage, Swedish relaxation techniques, and myofascial release, often blending them together to create highly personalized treatments. I also incorporate trigger point therapy and joint mobilizations when needed, helping to address both the symptoms and the root causes of discomfort.

I particularly enjoy working with clients experiencing neck, shoulder, and lower back issues — whether caused by poor posture, long hours at a desk, repetitive strain, or stress. These cases are common, but that’s exactly why they’re so rewarding; even small improvements can create a huge difference in someone’s daily life.

When you come in for a session, you can expect a welcoming environment where your comfort and goals come first. I’ll start by listening to your concerns, assessing your mobility and tension patterns, and explaining the treatment approach so you feel confident and informed. Whether you’re here for targeted therapeutic work, injury recovery, or a much-needed stress reset, every technique I use is chosen with your needs in mind.

My clients often tell me they appreciate my balance of clinical knowledge and intuitive care – I know when to go deeper, when to ease up, and how to adapt on the fly to what your body is telling me. I’m also big on home care advice, giving you simple stretches, posture tips, and lifestyle recommendations to help extend the benefits of your massage between visits.
